There you have it, dear worst-reader. It’s not often I link to pay wall sites. Hence, I rarely visit salon.com anyway. But. As you can tell. Every once-a-once, I do go there–thanks to aggregation sites like Reddit. But that’s neither here nor there.
The worst-truth is, I don’t know how many posts I’ve worst-written where I’ve already said THEY will burn it down. “They“ being, not just the Republican bat$hit right wing, but, they also being a whole bunch of #Americants who, for the entirety of their lives, have not been able to recognise the soggy paper bag they’ve not been able to free themselves from called the #Americant dream. But. Again. That’s neither here nor there.
The thing is, dear worst-reader, when you have such a huge number of wannabes, followers, dumb-downed morons that mistake patriotism for nationalism, are clueless to the meaning of fascism, have no idear what history is, etc., can’t figure out that astrology is to astronomy what economics is to donuts… Ok. Forget that. My point is. The scariest thing about former prez pee-pee-hair and his followers (both direct and indirect followers!) is that the largest number of them ever voted for him in his re-election attempt. Obviously he lost and thank goodness there were enough on the other side to help in his defeat. But that is a huge number of stupid, don’t you know. I’m not sure how long smart can outwit so much stupid.
